PART 3
Convergence
(n) the process or state of converging; a location where airflows or ocean currents meet, characteristically marked by upwelling of air or downwelling of water.
Part 3: Convergence serves as a merger of two courses laid in Current and Concurrent—particularly, the location, collaboration, and the Adow ne Domaget festival, which was laid out in Part 1, and the questions and process of immersive and fluid curation that were discussed in Part 2.

MERGING ASYNCHRONOUS SOUNDS
INTO SYNCHRONOUS VOICES
Here is the researcher's video entry to the Mekong Cultural Hub's "COVID Time Capsule" project, where artists from different parts of Asia and the world were invited to contribute a photo, video, or anything related to COVID that tells about an enduring memory of the pandemic, something they would like to share to the future generations.
The researcher submitted a compiled video of the Voice Letters that the AARPS Collective sent to the Dumagat amidst the ongoing health—and political—crisis.
